Refund Policy

Returns

· BBiMP accepts returns or exchanges of BBiMP products eligible to return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products. If 14 days have passed since your receipt of the item, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

· Non-quality issues need to bear their own shipping costs.

· To receive a different product or the same product in a different color/size instead, please return your product for a refund, then place a new order online.

· The returned product must be in the exact same condition as the product sold. No labels can be removed privately, and the customer should submit both the original box of the product and all accessories and gifts inside when returning it.

· Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted by BBiMP and will be returned to you.

· In the event of a refund for malicious returns (same reason for defect, same product photo, and discrepancy between the returned product and the product sent from the warehouse), BBiMP will process an exception for the recipient, shipping address, shipping email, and account ID of such orders.

· Because the shoebox is not the main body of the goods, BBiMP does not bear shipping costs for the return of signed orders for damaged shoeboxes.

· To request a return, please first contact us at info@bbimpworld.com with your order number and the return reason, so our dedicated service team may better help you out.

· The return address will be provided by email after the application is submitted.

· Not all items are eligible for returns. Our non-returnable / non-refundable items include:


  • Gift cards

  • Pre-order items

  • Limited edition items

  • Socks and shorts

  • Discounted products (unless noted as applicable for return)
Costs for Return

BBiMP store is not responsible for your return shipping costs. Refunds for returned items will only cover the item price amount, not including the original shipping cost.

When filling out any customs paperwork, we suggest describing the items as "RETURN for personal use". Please note that additional duties and taxes may incur. Any additional charges required to receive the returned package will be deducted from the refundable amount (unless the return was due to a product defect).

Please note: We do not accept returns sent back by customers without approval. All return requests must be made by contacting us at info@bbimpworld.com (please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging). If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return code to mark on the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15–30 days.

· Shipping costs are not included in the refundable amount.

· Depending on your location, return transit time may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items, and refunds cannot be granted if the return is not received.

· Please retain a copy of your return receipt from your courier.

· Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable):


  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to BBiMP’s error

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Any item returned after delivery refusal by customer
