Orders ship within 5–14 business days. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. The estimated delivery date is typically 5–14 business days from the shipping date.

International Customs & Duties

We offer fast and easy international shipping. Any applicable customs or import duties are calculated at checkout or clearly stated prior to order submission.

Shipping Fees

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

Once an order is successfully placed on the BBiMP official website, the recipient information cannot be modified after shipment. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please send an email to info@bbimpworld.com to request cancellation, and you will receive a full refund.

Please note that cancellation or modification is not supported after the order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer returns for items that are received damaged.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is accepted or declined.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached.
