How do I cancel/modify an order?

Once the order is successfully placed on the BBIMP official website, the recipient's information can not be modified after shipment. Also, our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Therefore, if you want to cancel the order before it is shipped, please send an email to info@bbimpworld.com to apply for cancellation.

It should be noted that cancellation of the order is not supported after the order has been shipped.

Can I exchange an item if it is unsuitable?

Items cannot be exchanged but can be returned.
If the product is returned as a BBIMP return product and is eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund and you can select to reorder the appropriate item.

How to take care of my shoes?

Please clean and maintain according to different materials and crafts.
We recommend using a clean, soft white damp cotton cloth or a soft brush to wipe the upper. Never scrub with a brush, soak in water or wash in a washing machine. This can cause damage or color mixing to the shoe, and may cause the sole to come off.

There seems to be a fault with my product?

Due to different manufacturing processes, there may be glue overflow, natural wrinkles, thread ends, non-complete symmetry and other phenomena that do not affect the normal wearing function, which is a normal phenomenon. This is the normal production process after vulcanization, and it is not a quality problem.

Would be 5 stars but they're nearly impossible to tie with how little lace there actually is to tie with...

They are surprisingly comfortable, definitely have a look at the sizing and do the same size on shoes you definitely know fit well, my usual size is 38eu, but ended up with 37eu following the Japanese size and they fit just how i want them! If you like chunky shoes, this is definitely worth buying rather than converse :d

I would say that if you are flat footed, it would be wise to switch out the stock insoles. They are soft but over time they do not offer much support if any. Otherwise, I love this sneaker. It is a great design and fit my feet very well. Wore them this past weekend and got a lot of compliments. Def plan on getting the other colorway. Would love to see them in other colors as well!! Usually, American size 12 fits me fine with a little room a size 12 that you have on these shoes are tight. Maybe your size 13 is more like a 12.?
