How do I cancel/modify an order?

Once the order is successfully placed on the BBIMP official website, the recipient's information can not be modified after shipment. Also, our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Therefore, if you want to cancel the order before it is shipped, please send an email to info@bbimpworld.com to apply for cancellation.

It should be noted that cancellation of the order is not supported after the order has been shipped.

Can I exchange an item if it is unsuitable?

Items cannot be exchanged but can be returned.
If the product is returned as a BBIMP return product and is eligible for a refund, you will receive a full refund and you can select to reorder the appropriate item.

How to take care of my shoes?

Please clean and maintain according to different materials and crafts.
We recommend using a clean, soft white damp cotton cloth or a soft brush to wipe the upper. Never scrub with a brush, soak in water or wash in a washing machine. This can cause damage or color mixing to the shoe, and may cause the sole to come off.

There seems to be a fault with my product?

Due to different manufacturing processes, there may be glue overflow, natural wrinkles, thread ends, non-complete symmetry and other phenomena that do not affect the normal wearing function, which is a normal phenomenon. This is the normal production process after vulcanization, and it is not a quality problem.

Customers praised these slippers as "comfy" and "peak whimsy" with good build quality and stylish armor design. Most found them true to size or running small, recommending sizing up. While comfortable after break-in, some noted heat retention due to lack of ventilation and occasional squeaking. Overall highly recommended for unique style.

I love it and its so comfy but you should make it smaller like make it fit for the feet its way to big in front and i wish there was a shoes but real armor one and its metal

I love these so much. They are very comfortable once you wear them for a couple of days. They are peak whimsy and bring so much joy.

They do squeak a tiny bit when I walk, but I will easily look past that because when else am I going to wear comfy clogs that fit better than my Birks and look like armor?

Buy the shoes. They are pricy but worth it.

They are small (I wear size 12) so I got a 13.5 and it fits almost perfect. It is synthetic leather so it won't stretch around your foot that's why it feels small also they get hot real quick bc it has no hole to let air in/out but honestly its not that big a problem due to it being slippers. Build quality is pretty good I'd say the hasn't fallen apart on me yet. Overall no real complaints yet I've only had them for about a week now.

They look great and fit well. They only need a back strap to be a five star experience.

Size run small and the return process is complicated. They sent a shoe that measures 10.5 when i ordered an 11.5 and said they would not be responsible for return shipping because that is not a defect. All they offered was 30% off another order. They offer no exchanges only a limited refund with a loss in shipping and then said to reorder a larger size.
